Sea of Stars

Sea of Stars is a minimalist, rules-light tabletop roleplaying game about exploring space, distant planets and worlds beyond the depths of darkness.

One person takes on the role of Game Master and the rest of the players form a crew of space explorers and adventurers with a newly acquired ship destined for the far reaches of space.

This book explains everything needed to create a character, the general rules of play and ends with a list of mission hooks to ignite the imagination of the GM and their players.

The ruleset has been created to be easily adaptable to other settings and styles and is unashamedly simplistic.

Everything has been stripped back to its essentials and designed to promote dynamic imaginative play from everyone at the table.

Anything not found here can be adapted from adventures, settings and source materials. Fill in the spaces together and create the worlds you wish to play in.
